Frequently asked questions
- What levels does My English School serve?
- The school offers English programmes for children from Nursery 1 through Kindergarten 2, as well as primary students from Primary 1 to Primary 6. Primary students may join the Primary English Programme from Primary 1 to Primary 5 or the PSLE Preparation Class in Primary 6.
- How are preschool students placed into classes?
- Preschool students complete a new student assessment before joining. The assessment evaluates the child’s current abilities so education advisers can recommend a suitable course and schedule. Placement is ability-based, and promotion depends on individual readiness rather than age alone.
- Where is the Novena centre located?
- The Novena centre is located at Goldhill Plaza, #01-31/33, Singapore 308899. The school states that it operates 15 centres across Singapore, and parents should consult the Centre Locations page for current operating hours and course-calendar information.
Details as described on the centre's website, checked Sept 2026; confirm with the centre before enrolling.
