- The school serves children from Nursery 1 through Primary 6. Preschoolers join the Reading Programme, while primary students can enrol in the Primary English Programme from Primary 1 to Primary 5 or the PSLE Preparation Programme for Primary 6.
- How are new students placed into classes?
- New students complete an assessment of their English abilities before joining. Education advisers use the results to recommend a suitable course and schedule, while preschool students are placed according to learning ability rather than age alone.

- My English School operates 15 centres, including Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, Tengah, Jurong West, Woodlands, Yishun, Khatib, Tiong Bahru, Novena, Tampines, Simei, Parkway Parade, Downtown East and Potong Pasir.
