E&P Learning Place

Founded in 1991 and based in Orchard, E&P Learning Place - Abacus, Mental Arithmetic, Cognitive Development, Mathematics, extensive experience in cognitive development, and Student Psychology is the Singaporean student's springboard to a fruitful academic and developmental journey. Having taught over 50,000 students since 1991, E&P is one of the pioneering effective learning centers in the mental arithmetic scene in Singapore. Our tuition center offers abacus classes, math tuition, and more. E&P's decades of experience also embodies a multigenerational tradition: E&P's alumni have grown into confident and capable adults, many of whom are parents themselves who send their children to E&P in hopes of bequeathing them the E&P advantage.
